We highly advise securing a tracking number, as we are not liable for any return packages lost in transit.
We cannot accept shoes that have been worn outside, so please be sure to try them on inside before removing tags.

When you receive a new credit card, the bank links your account number to the new card. The return packing slip is important as it notifies us who to refund.
If you have forgotten to include this slip, please let us know at . Native Shoes is happy to extend a 6 month warranty against any manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship.
If you are in doubt about the fit, we recommend wearing your new shoes indoors to be sure.
